We continue our master lifters:
Bob McConaughey competed in the AAPF Master 40-44 242 class, winning 1st place. Bob squatted 551 lbs, pulled 529 lbs, and, in his signature lift, benched a BIG 606 lbs for a 1637 lb total. Bob won the Best Lifter award in the AAPF Masters.
Al Baehr competed in the APF Master 40-44 275 class, winning 1st place. Big Al squatted 573 lbs, benched 468 lbs, and pulled a BIG 700 lbs for a 1741 lb total. Al also won the Best Lifter award for the APF Masters.
We move onto the submaster Frantz lifters:
Charlie Morse won 1st in the AAPF Submaster 148 class. Charlie, coached by World Champion Dick Zenzen, squatted 429 lbs, benched 297 lbs, and deadlifted 429 lbs for a 1157 lb total.
