The Flexion Bench is a competition-quality bench at an affordable price! The Flexion bench has been used at National and World competitions on the platform, but has a price tag that makes it attainable for any powerlifter's home or garage gym. You can see it in use at all the APF Illinois meets run by Eric Stone as well as at his weekly Team Stone workouts at Velocity Sports in Willowbrook. It is constructed of 3x3 steel tubing, making it solid enough for 800+ lb benches, but lightweight enough to be moved for use at powerlifting competitions. It easily comes apart into two peices, again making transportation and storage very convient. Its walk-though spotter platform allows for great hand-offs, even for big benches. The standard design includes spring-loaded adjustable racks. The standard design follows all IPF and WPC specifications for a bench to be used in compeition. The following specifications are standard: 11.5" wide bench pad, 16.5" to top of the bench pad, 7" high spotter platform. These specs can be customized at NO extra charge - note that custom specs may increase the shipping time. The color of the bench is also customizable at no extra cost. The Flexion Bench Leverage Action Adjustable racks  |
For the ultimate in adjustability! The Flexion bench can be made even better with the addition of the leverage action adjustable racks. How can the same rack height be optimal for both a 5'5" lifter with short arms and a 6'+ lifer with a huge wingspan? It simply cannot be optimal for both! Powerlifting competitions have almost always allowed a greal deal of adjustability on the squat rack, but rarely anything for the bench press. Adjust the height of the racks on the fly without having to lift the bar off the racks. A fully loaded bar can be adjusted in mere seconds by anyone! These adjustable racks have been seen used recently at APF Illinois meets, including the AWPC Worlds. They are a great addition for meet directors looking to use the bench in competitions, but are also a great add-on for any lifter's home gym with different sized training partners.
