Introduction
Team Stone is a private powerlifting club that trains out of Right-Fit in Willowbrook, IL (suburban Chicago). We are a competitive powerlifting club, but welcome lifters of all experience levels, from novices to meet-experienced powerlifters. You can check out Right-Fit website for more details.
History
In late 2006, Eric Stone set to start his own training group, out of his former work's facillity, Velocity Sports in Willowbrook.
Eric formally trained with the Maroscher Powerlifting Team as well as the Frantz Power Team. He aimed to re-create the intense training environments he enjoyed when training with those teams.
It started small, with just a handful of Eric's former training partners from Frantz and elsewhere. Through his website, the group slowly started to add members, and eventually developed into a team, Team Stone.
Membership
Team members are only allowed to train at the specified club times as Right-Fit is not a “traditional” gym, but rather is a private training facility.
Right-Fit charges the following for membership in the powerlifting club:

Team News
Sept. '10
Team Stone just wrapped up the 7th annual Chicago Summer Bash. Lifting in their first meets from Team Stone was Bob Fill and Renee Kostreva. Bob went 424/275(RAW)/473 taking 2nd place in the 90 kg Men's Masters 3 divison. Renee went 182/105/225 in the 67.5kg women's RAW amatuer divison. Congrads to Bob and Renee!!! Also lifting from Team Stone was Ken Stone lifting the 75kg open class. Ken took 1st place in his class going 545(PR)/385(PR)/473 for a total of 1405(PR). Thanks to Justin Sepe and Drew Billing for helping out. As always, Eric and Jackie Stone ran an awesome meet.

This time of the year is what Team Stone calls the 'off-season'. Most members are not training for a meet but just training RAW doing the 5/3/1 workout.
The 2011 IL State Meet will be run by Dick Zenzen. Most info forth coming...
