I'm gotten my weight staying at a solid 172 right now. I'm still considering competing at 165 but I might do one more meet at 181 before hand but I'll have to see where my weight is at the time.
I guess I'm looking pretty good for 170 +. I had 3 girls guess my weight last Saturday and they all thought I was about 145-155 |

I was concerned that my squat max had gone down so I was pretty pleased with being able to get 430 today. My knees come in only on the last set so i still have some work to do but it seems as if the work may be starting to pay off.
