Ummm yeah!!! Smile Dude keep it up? How much do you weigh?

I'm gotten my weight staying at a solid 172 right now. I'm still considering competing at 165 but I might do one more meet at 181 before hand but I'll have to see where my weight is at the time.

I guess I'm looking pretty good for 170 +. I had 3 girls guess my weight last Saturday and they all thought I was about 145-155

Good times!!! Smile Were they good looking? Twisted Evil

I've been doing the Ed Coan deadlift program where you set the target goal of where you want your deadlift to be. It just happened that I was pull PR weight in back to back weeks

Dang good pull there, Laramie. You going for 600 raw? That'd be something else.

I'd like to hit 600 Raw at some point! The lift was pretty slow and I'm not sure if I could have done much more but it was still very satisfying to get 22 lbs out of the Coan Program.

8/13

Squat:

10 x 135
5 x 225
3 x 275
1 x 315
1 x 365
1 x 405
1 x 430 tied PR

I was concerned that my squat max had gone down so I was pretty pleased with being able to get 430 today. My knees come in only on the last set so i still have some work to do but it seems as if the work may be starting to pay off.

Resisted Speed Squats:

3 x 5 x 225 + 60 lbs resistance

Hip Raises:

3 x 8 x 15

Abs
