In the words of my good friend Ryan Harth,

If you set a PR post it here. Doesn't matter where or what just post it!

Carrying on the tradition . . .

P.S. to UHD Powerlifters: PR = personal record.

Luis hit a PR off the 3-board of 375 @ 151. Not very pretty, but he got it. Pretty good for only a few weeks in the shirt!

Last week my PR for the rack squat was 455 x1. Today I did 465 x1, then five minutes later I did 485 x1, then another five minutes later, I lifted 500 x1.

After rack squats, I did the rack lockout, which my PR was 345 x1. Then in a couple of minutes i raised it up to 365 x1, then 405 x1, then 425 x1.

Today was a good day.

Rack Squat - 405x1 !! With lots of power to spare . . .

This is only her second workout. I was truly stunned.

Impressive. Sounds like you've got some very good lifters there.

I've been very impressed with the talent we have at UHD. The challenge has been getting them to try powerlifting and then getting them to stick with it. Once we earn some success on the platform, I think it will be easier to get new members.

She'll be world-class in a hurry. Lots of natural talent! She's passed up virtually all the lightweight boys in rack squats so far.

2-Board Bench Press - 695x1 All-time PR

3-Board Bench Press - 500x18 All-time PR

That's a 9000 lb. set. Shocked
